▪️ Creating your profile: To book an appointment, you will be asked to create a profile on Jane. Please keep your login information somewhere safe so you can easily access your account in the future.

▪️ Intake forms: Once your profile has been created, please select “Intake Forms” and complete all required forms before your first appointment. The Consent & Confidentiality form must be signed before services can begin.

▪️ Session fees and direct billing: Individual sessions are $200 per 50-minute appointment. Direct billing is available for many insurance providers as a courtesy; however, coverage and payment cannot be guaranteed. You are responsible for confirming your benefits and paying any amount not covered by your insurance plan.

▪️ Cancellation policy: We understand that unexpected situations can arise. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice. Missed appointments and cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice are subject to the full session fee. Any outstanding balance may need to be paid before additional appointments can be booked.

Communication

Please use email primarily for brief administrative matters, such as scheduling, assistance with Jane, billing or fee arrangements, and letting me know if you are running late.

I typically respond within 48–72 hours on business days and do not regularly monitor or respond to emails over the weekend. Clinical concerns are best discussed during a scheduled appointment so that I can provide you with the time and support they deserve.

If you have connected with another service provider or expect to take a break from counselling for longer than three months, please let me know. This allows me to close your file appropriately and remove you from future client communications.
